Our Activities

Being part of the SOBS community offers a chance at enhancing your student experience here at UWA. Here are some activities that we do:

Social Events

Starting university may be tough, especially with all the group projects involved. Your classmates are bound to be at one of our social events, so you should definitely come and meet them too, so that classes aren't as awkward and you can have friends in class.

Networking sessions

We understand the need for networking, and how hard it can be to reach out individually. That's why we take that first step for you, and host networking sessions with industry professionals and academics, so that you benefit the most.

Field Trips and Outdoor Activities

The SOBS community values hands-on learning. We'll take you into the field through snorkelling events, nature walks, and other ways to get you closer to the environment in your textbooks.
